Positive Education Training Part 2:
Resilience

COMING SOON!

I'm so excited to announce Part 2 of the Positive Education Teacher Training Program: Building Resilience, following the success of Part 1 in April, which introduced the principles of positive education.
After a great turnout and high demand for more, I'm thrilled to bring you the next phase, focused on building resilience in the classroom for both teachers and students!

Resilience is arguably one of the most important life skills a person can possess. It’s the capacity to bounce back from adversity and to pursue one’s goals despite obstacles.

Today’s students and teachers are fraught with more obstacles than ever before. This 90 minute workshop provides an overview of the science of resilience, identifying it as a buildable skillset and mindset in the classroom.

Participants will learn to spot the signs of distress and how to manage stress within themselves and help their students do the same

To participate in this part of the training, you must have completed Part One, as it is a prerequisite. If you haven’t attended Part One yet, but are eager to join, please contact me via email (natasha.wissanji@gmail.com) or via the chat function on this website, to arrange a session or learn more about the first phase of the program.

About The Positive Education
Teacher Training Program

The Positive Education Teacher Training Program is a 4- part training introducing:

  •  Positive Education

  • Resilience

  •  Mindset

  • Character Strengths.

Learn how to apply these practically into the classroom regardless of the curriculum.

Each module of the training can be done at various levels; from a basic introductory level (Level 1), intermediary (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3).

The emphasis on positive psychology

interventions in education increases engagement,

creates more curious students, and helps develop

and overall love of learning.

At My Sunshine Mind, we believe that the

well-being of teachers is just as important as the well-being of students. Positive education isn’t just about equipping teachers with strategies to support their students—it’s about helping educators prioritize their own mental health and resilience.

This workshop is the second part of our comprehensive teacher training in positive education, with a deeper focus on building resilience in the classroom.

If your school is interested in completing the full four-part training, please get in touch to arrange a customized program that works for your team.

Presented by Natasha Wissanji,
Founder of My Sunshine Mind

As children’s coach and a teacher trainer in positive education, my mission is twofold: to equip educators with the tools and knowledge to implement positive education strategies easily and effectively into the classroom and also to prioritize student and teacher well-being in the process.

I firmly believe that fostering a positive environment in schools goes beyond just teaching academic content—it's about nurturing the whole child as well as  supporting teachers' mental health as well.  I advocate for a balanced approach that acknowledges the complexities of emotions, fosters resilience, and celebrates both the highs and lows of life.  Together, let's create classrooms where students flourish and teachers thrive, laying the foundation for long-term success and well-being.
